Canberra’s
National War Memorial remembers all Australian Armed
& Supporting Forces and is dedicated to all its
fallen servicemen & women. The memorial is an
impressive building, viewable in a straight line from
Parliament
House, down ANZAC Parade and across Lake Burley
Griffin to Mount
Ainslie. The memorial includes an extensive
military museum and commemorative plaques. Free daily
guided tours are conducted by volunteers.

Open daily until 5pm except Xmas Day. Sculpture
Garden and Parade are always open.
